Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service
The services provided by Özgür Bayraktutan - iBT Bilişim are digital SaaS (Software as a Service) software and web-based services. These services are offered on a subscription model and do not involve physical product delivery.

2. Trial Period
Users are offered a 3-day free trial period. During this period, they can test the service and cancel without payment.

3. Refund and Right of Withdrawal

  • 3.1. Commercial Users: This service is intended for real estate offices and businesses engaged in commercial activities. Since commercial users are not considered consumers under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, they do not have the right of withdrawal.
  • 3.2. Service Activation: The right of withdrawal ceases and no refund can be requested after the service is activated, the user account is created, or login to the user panel occurs.
  • 3.3. Immediately Performed Service: Digital services activated after payment fall under the scope of services performed immediately in electronic environment, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
  • 3.4. Subscription Cancellation: If the user is not satisfied with the service, the cancellation request only covers the next payment period; previous payments are not refunded.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

  • 4.1. Technical Service Interruption: If the service becomes continuously inaccessible and this situation exceeds the %90 rate, the fee for the relevant period will be refunded.
  • 4.2. Defective Service: In accordance with Law No. 6502, the right to refund is reserved if the service's basic functions do not work at all or do not provide the features specified in the contract.
  • 4.3. Payment Technical Error: In case of double payment or collection of incorrect amount due to technical error, the overpaid amount will be refunded.
  • 4.4. Refund Deductions: Refunds will be made only after deducting mandatory bank and payment institution commissions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • 5.1. Cancellation Request: Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted to eksendev@gmail.com at least 3 days before the next renewal date.
  • 5.2. Refund Processing Time: In cases requiring refund, the process is completed within 14 business days at the latest from the request date.
  • 5.3. Refund Method: Refunds are processed through the payment method used (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • 5.4. Processing Times: Refund processes are subject to the processing times of the relevant banks and payment institutions.

6. Domain and Special Services
No refunds are available for domain registration, SSL certificates, and similar third-party services. These services become active at the moment of registration and cannot be cancelled.

7. Legal Rights
This policy does not eliminate your legal rights arising from Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer. Your rights under the law in case of defective service are reserved.
